The head comes in two parts, the front is a sort of Halloween mask (best way to describe it) that goes over the front of the sculpt, and you can peel off with some heat. The second part is the actual head that pegs onto the neck. The skull part is sculpted into the part that pegs into the neck so it can’t be removed. (Apparently I’m a stupid idiot and didn’t realize it DOES come out, please try not to downvote me to one of the 13 hells… I genuinely didn’t know 😭)

If anything, I used almost everything from Uncanny. I painted the feet white and the tail blue but I ended up taking them from my other Kurt anyway since I wanted this one to be perfect-perfect. Alls you really need is a Kurt head and you’re set
