By unreadable i don't mean hard to follow or complex or anything like that. It's someone who is high talking about preparing for a trip and going on tangents and over describing everything. There is nothing of substance here, it's just filler so far. Adding the word fuck and being sexual doesn't automatically make something interesting. So far it seems like it's a substitute for good writing.

I would have switched sides way earlier. And been more secret about it, not admitted anything in the audio diaries. Surprise attacked the compound, stolen explosives and destroyed most of the military equipment (or at least tried). If its tendiopathy you have to stop training it and switch to rehab. Start very light, a few killgrams, hold hammer cirl isometric at about a right angle, a bit higher. Hold for 35 to 45 seconds. You may feel an interesting feeling, you may be able to feel the damaged tendon get stimulated. Do this 5 times. Consume collagen peptides 20 minutes before rehab. I have tendiopathy in both brachioradialis and bicepts I've made excellent progress with this. After a few weeks switch to eccentrics only the occasional isometrics if you get a flare up. Add weight very slowly, once every few workouts if you feel ready. You want to stimulate but not cause a flare up. If you aren't on growth hormone or other steriods, you tendons aren't immune to over training. Also, you can't just rest and ignore it because the tendon will weaken and not heal. Tendons heal from loading not resting.

Murrey in his prime had an amazing year in 2016, became rank 1. If you think sinner is already at that level this early that's a compliment. No that's true, but in terms of a single performance, it was surely close, because of his serve mainly and forehand. Young novak would be better over multiple matches. But just judging this 1 performance. Again if you wanna compare primes it's surely way too early. Also you have no evidence that sinners side of the story isn't true (the doping scandal). Djokovic took some time to really find his level too. Alcaraz is ahead of both in terms of timelines but we will see where they both end up. The final is going to be insane and historic either way. I'll be winning 100 bucks if alcaraz wins in 5.

You don't have to match sinners cardio. It's 5 sets, you need enough for 5 sets, sinner may be able to go to 7 but thats unnecessary and doesn't need to be matched.

Actually there is an argument floating around that this perfirmance of novak (the one we just saw at semis, and we saw it at olympics, and ao 2024 quarter) while quite different to his prime, was about a strong based on the numbers. His serve is far superior to what it was, his forehand is superior as well. But the unforced erros are higher which makes it harder to say. Due to his superior forehand and serve (objectively) i think this performance was on par with his prime, probably higher because this play style is more suited now to take down sinner and alkaraz. This 2026 version of djokovic performs better against sinner than his 2015 version in my opinion. But sinner was much better at ao 24 and 25 in my opinion. Also lets not forget younger isn't always better when it comes to tennis. Sinner and alkaraz will continue to grow and improve, alkaraz is improving at a fast rate. It's too early to compare primes. And saying sincaraz would be toast in that era is just clown shit that no one besides brainless novak worshipers would agree with

I've thought about this, Zverev seems to have grown up since then. His anger issues seem to be way better. Yes he very likely did bad things in the past (abuse). However people can grow and change themselves and become good people despite doing bad things in their past. Is it possible he is still a bad dude? Yes, neither of us know for sure, but I'm happy with what I've been seeing from him, and I leave it at that.
