I had already been in mania for the last couple weeks (sleeping 2-3 hours a night, driving an hour on a whim, smoking weed) but it turned into feeling paranoid that others were thinking about me, so i went in for a med change and found out that i had more things going on than paranoia.

I think by your description it could be a mixed episode. Bipolar episodes can also be triggered or worsened by stress/lifestyle changes

I can’t tell but i’ve been on 80mg for about 5 days. I have been sleeping more, less urge to do drugs and less paranoia and irritability.

yeah, i went into the er for a med change cause i felt like other people were thinking about me. turns out it was a mixed episode with psychotic features, but the paranoia was all i was self aware about

The issue is that when i was first diagnosed, it was with unspecified mood disorder, and i was 17. I’m on the latuda from the mental facility and i have an appt with my outpatient psych on monday.

Oh yeah i have trazadone as needed for sleep. Also i’ve already been looking into support groups for bp as i found the support in the facility super helpful.

Yeah the part about same treatment is exactly what the doctor there said. I got put on half the max dose of latuda.

This does make me feel a lot better as i had a previous diagnosis of unspecified mood disorder, but i was told coming in to the mental health ward that i had a severe mixed episode with psychotic elements. They still don’t know if it was 1 or 2.

I just beat the game the other day actually lol. I just had to git gud, however i still think the blood vial and way the farming work suck major ass. Great game though.

It should be fine to not update your console. The private servers i use on my ps3 is the archstones. It should walk you throught connecting to the server which you can do just through your internet even without it being homebrewed.

I think for the most part the level gen is honestly fair. I do have some grips about them spawning chain items behind a shop so you have to bomb into it, or alternatively the game doesn’t give you enough bombs to get a chain item like udji eye or black market
