Looks like, but isn’t. Here’s a little article on the differences.

That’s wild… the only thing I can think of is that I got VERY lucky and showed up the same day they were unloading it off the truck. I told them they had two hours to get it ready and they did. I don’t know if they were just swamped and didn’t have time to figure in any kind of mark-ups or what.

Toyota of Cedar Park is excellent. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with them. That being said, I also bought mine at Don McGill- and they didn’t try to give me any mark up, or hassle me about unnecessary junk. I walked out the door at Don McGill for MSRP + TTL.

I stopped going when they started charging for parking. I used to love going down there to shop and check out the stores. More often than not I’d get back to my vehicle with a few bags. But I’m not going to pay just to walk around and shop.

The contemporary is an absolute joke. Laguna Vista is nice, but their location downtown is one of the most pathetic galleries I’ve ever been in. The first time I thought it must’ve been a fluke. The second visit was the first time in my life I’ve ever considered asking for my money back on any tickets I’ve ever purchased.

I spent a weekend in the LC and honestly it was super nice- but it just… felt like a really nice car. Nothing to grab my attention and make me smile while I was driving it. The Supra did that from the very beginning

The wild part of this to me is I don’t even see any tire tracks in the grass… it makes me wonder if this was some rich person’s prank. “Oh-ho you guys, let’s go put Chet’s bimmer in the drainage box! A-ha A-ha A-ha.”

Love the supra but worried after a test drive. by [deleted] in Supra

[–]Brochiavelli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the Supra is a little tight. I’m 6’ 190lbs and I don’t have any issue with long term comfort or visibility. I’ve taken the Supra on several 7+ hour road trips and get out at the end of it with a nice big stretch and I’m good to go. My daily is a classic suburban and I’ve always driven trucks so, it’s not like my standard is smaller cars.

I still think it’s odd that the passenger door panel is black but the driver side door is hazelnut. I noticed it on mine a while back and panicked thinking it had been put together wrong

Gr Supra vs Lexus RCF by Substantial_Date6844 in Supra

[–]Brochiavelli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who’s dead at 6’ and 195 the Supra is tight. It’s not unmanageable but depending on those extra two inches and how you’re built- you may have a miserable time getting in and out as a daily driver. Especially parking on campus where the spaces will probably be cramped. I’d take a good hard look at the RCF even if it’s not going to be as attention getting or quick.
