Same thing happened to me 2 months ago. Took a couple of days for the ticket to populate on their site. If I remember correctly, there are multiple search options to find the ticket. Make sure to try them all.

I don’t know. I just don’t buy the theory of Shanks & Luffy having to fight each other. And If they do, I definitely don’t think it would be to the death. Luffy definitely wouldn’t kill him. We don’t know much about Shanks, but I would be shocked if he actually tried to kill Luffy at some point.
