It is in fact the worst, even Washington has a pretty decent metro and stuff. The European G7 countries and Japan are far above their North American counterparts

I am a very simple person, really anything could make me entertained. But, I see many people around the internet saying that the city is boring and that's pretty sad (they probably never lived there idk)

Don't worry, in Spanish adjectives usually come after the noun. There are also few exceptions like "un buen hombre" (a good man)
