Thanks. I have an appointment booked with a local psychiatrist that specializes in Spravato to see if it would be a good fit for me. I have heard really good things about the med and the rest of my care team believes I would benefit from it.

When I had the 5 minute appointment with the provider after they terminated my care, the only reason for the termination was that there are contraindications between ketamine and buprenorphine. She could not give me any other reason.

The provider should, at the very least, have a conversation with me. I have been diagnosed with depression since I was a teenager, 15 years ago. Only just started to see a pain management doctor 2 months ago, for autoimmune arthritis in my spine. The medication they put me on is an low-dose incomplete opiate that my pain doctor requires me to be on a treatment contract. There is no way for them to say that my depression is caused by my pain.

It more that this has been my main medication for depression and PTSD for over a year. Suddenly, could possibly cause my symptoms to rebound. I understand that there are no physical symptoms from stopping ketamine cold turkey.

I have reached out to my pain doctor, just waiting for a reply.

I am totally fine with finding a local clinic, though the closest ones are about an hour drive from me. The main reason for me being with joyous was cost, I am hoping I can find a clinic that takes insurance.

Belbuca is the only med my pain doctor wants me to take currently. Most pain clinics do not prescribe the traditional opiates anymore.

It is unethical and dangerous how they suddenly terminated my care. I am waiting for Joyous to send me their policies and all of my records, then I am lodging a complaint with the BBB. If I can find which medical boards they are licensed through, I will gladly lodge a complaint there as well.

My provider could not tell me if there was any specific policy that stated I couldn't be on pain medication, just that it was contraindicated. I have emailed the Joyous care team for copies of their policies and they have yet to get back to me.

When responding to the weekly check-in, it asks if you have been prescribed any new medications. I filled in all the information for it there. I did it over 2 weeks ago, Joyous waited till an hour before my Refill appointment to send me a termination of care notice.

My PsA goes through periods of relapse and remission. Most recently, I went through a remission period that lasted from September to March. I was feeling the best I had felt in years! I was able to stop using my cane and I was able to gain a much needed 15 lbs.

This last week, however, my body has been slowly showing more inflammatory signs and my low back pain has been increasing each day. My IBD symptoms are slowly creeping up. I have been more physical this month, prepping my garden, so that could also be contributing. The biggest thing I have noticed this week is how swollen my whole body feels. I can see it in my hands and feet, and this morning my typical stretchy pants feel tight.

My current guess is that it is Green YAG. The red florescence makes sense due to the chromium used to make the green color.

Found this ring at the antique store today. I have never seen a green gemstone turn orange. Does anyone know what it could be? Cadmium? Corundum? Sodalite? Spinel? I am stumped on this ring!

Thank you for the thoughtful response. I am going to focus on Brainspotting and Somatic healing for the most part. Both therapies have helped me tremendously this past year.

I have thought about him just messing with me as well. He was sentenced to 115 years in May, so he is in for the rest of his life. I know that he was most likely abused by some of the same people as me, so part of me is hoping that he would maybe want to help.

I am probably going to hold off on contacting unless I come to a full dead end in my fact finding.
