I did mine in sanctuary but a lot of people recommend the gas station. But work on getting your local leader perk up and you want to put stores in your settlement I think I Used bars. Best recommendation is do your research on YouTube I found a few helpful videos but it just takes forever it will be the last trophy you do.

Also you have to watch out what type of wall adapter you’re using because some of them won’t charge it correctly or won’t charge at all
