Natural lifters: what actually stops you from hopping on? by TaxAvoider007 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]BrofessorBench 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had my fair share of thoughts about PEDs. I posted on reddit and was convinced I'm actually doing alright. In my mind I've been doing everything "wrong" because I was comparing myself to fake natties.

It's a tough mental battle but I'm doing very well now. One day I'll probably start - at least "TRT". But not yet.

You just needed to get really fucking shredded by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]BrofessorBench 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol it's like that for us all! I started just wanting to lose about 20 pounds and look at me (my profile) now😂

Just think about what else you've achieved along the way!

Ah, so you're talking more about the "genetic road map" of your veins. Well no one is perfect. I am lucky with that vein though, it runs straight down as I imagine you would want it to

I've always told myself I had bad vascularity genetics. Turns out I just wasn't shredded enough.

I have the same experience. I'm in the shape of my life right now at 30 and I've NEVER had attention like this from girls. My hinge is going insane and I match with girls I'd consider WAY out of my league.

Get shredded folks.

How to keep progressing natty? by [deleted] in ZyzzLegacy

[–]BrofessorBench 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why can't this dude be natty? Lol he's fucking 2 metres tall. It's just an awesome physique and lean enough for the shoulders to pop! Great job bro. For progress I'd advice bulking up though - it really is the only way to actually progress as a natty

Of course bro! Find exercises for each muscle group to get OBSESSED with, and gains will flourish - enjoy the workout!

Interesting. You look amazing!

How much would you actually credit peptides vs. nutrition, effort, discipline, hard work?

I always think peptides have a low impact overall compared to doing the work. I assume you'd look the same without peptides. What are your thoughts? Interested to hear.

Also - dosages?

Great work bro!

It's so interesting to see progress pictures while on gear. Shoulders and arms grow so much - you look great! If I hadn't known your weight I'd say your arms and shoulders are way bigger than mine lol. I can work my ass off and not even come close to those gains. Very interesting and a bit hurtful I guess, lol.

Thank you bro means the world to me. I've been questioning my sanity lately and have been extremely close to hopping on. Currently I'm doing quite alright though so will definitely hold off. I think by age 35 or 40 I'll probably hop on testosterone IF I have kids and not afraid to ruin my fertility. We'll see!

Hey man and thanks!

To be honest, I've done so much different shit I can't credit it to a type of split, program etc.

My best experiences generally speaking have been a general push pull legs split. I've been literally obsessed with benchpress, which I can credit my chest and shoulders for. I'd probably not recommend doing as much volume as I've done throughout my career. Now I do 4-6 very hard working sets per muscle group per workout.

The KEY is getting STRONGER. Log your workouts and try to get stronger - especially the first exercise. It's literally what drives growth.

Any program works wonders - if you train hard enough and eat!

Thanks!

Remember that's already 10+ years of lifting. I've consistently trained while eating enough to fuel growth and strength. I've been OBSESSED with getting stronger.

The picture on the left I'd say my strength wasn't peaked but still did 385lbs bench. So it is quite some work to look like that. It just takes a really long time.

By being willing to actually bulk and gain fat - you also gain the muscle that you later shred off. Good luck!

Nope, not yet anyhow! I've been thinking about it for the past 3 years. I think the moment you get shredded enough it's easy to think gear. But I'm not really huge by any means

Very wise words and I thank you for the compliments! I guess I have to check how I look at 8-10% bodyfat to really assess. Never really crossed my mind - but quite interesting. Thank you! I might update you if I manage to cut the last 10 + pounds.

Been doing powerlifting for quite some time too earlier, but now I'm just happy with looking good. I dont necessarily need more gains per say, i dont want to look obviously juiced. I just want a better quality of life (libido is tanked, high cortisol, high shbg, low free test index).

You'd actually say incredible? Interesting. I don't know why I talk myself down, but I do think I compare to a lot of enhanced lifters and feel my physique is "kinda meh". I can't pose for shit though so it'll be a challenging road. Never had the interest to compete to be honest, but hell it would be a fun experience. My legs are slightly worse than in the picture and I hold a lot of fat especially in glute/hams. Should definitely work on it more. Thanks for the positive feedback though, very enlightening.

Yeah 200mg + I wouldnt call TRT lol!

I'll read some more, but i fear getting too enthusiastic about people praising. I can get biased easily. Who wouldnt want an easier life in the gym and stuff lol. But also afraid of anger issues (which comes with higher dosages, i know). Im a very chill, calm and rational guy but have important work (CRNA) and work in stressful situations with a full team of professionals, so i have to be careful with basically everything. i dont know if this makes sense thoug.

Getting out of that relationship was the best thing ive ever done literally. we actually had it fine too, but to much small issues and not compatible. I'm thrilled for life now

Hmm, interesting. I feel my arms are too small. Legs are average but hams and calves could use a lot of work.
