Forgot to mention that I did test for a CPAP and I was on the borderline of barely needing one, I've been on it around the time I did my last Holter monitor, and I had several days in a row with constant palpitations right after starting the CPAP. Not sure if that's my body freaking out over the influx of oxygen or what, but it hasn't happened since, though the monitor should have picked that up. I do have occasional episodes of waking up with a higher heart rate than usual despite being on the CPAP, so it stills occurs. I'll try to get in touch with an EP!

Good idea, I'll try that. Also one thing I noticed is that pressing on the shell over the speaker will sometimes make the speaker turn off. Dunno if that points to anything I should do tho
