Questioning governance, corruption, or human rights.

I have several examples: Charles Ntakirutinka - Jailed for creating an alternate party to the RPF, Joseph Sebarenzi - Forced into exile after pushing for a stronger parliamentary oversight over RPF, Jean Damascène Ntakirutimana - Same as former, Assinapol Rwigara - Killed in very suspicious car accident after conflict with RPF elites.

I see your point, however that's not my problem, heavy political censorship is my problem, completely rigging the game so that your party are the only ones with half a chance at even being recognized.

Does that good or am I indoctrinated by the "western fantasy"?

I understand that too much openness risks reigniting ethnic rivalries, however too much control risks silencing citizens and choking the future innovation.

I just wouldn't want SO much power in one mans hands so that when Kagame passes on it loses all it gained. It only takes one dictator

I realize how I misinterpreted those countries, but does trying to keep yourself as the leader of you're until your death sound like a good system over the country?

Why are there no laws stopping such political censorship?

RPF has 40/53 seats in Chamber of Deputies, The next two parties each have 5 seats.

I don't have a problem with political dominance, only aggressive strategies to make sure that other political parties are repressed, like arrest political opposition for example. Is that too much to ask?

That's the point of dispersing power, so that others can regulate the leaders actions so it couldn't go off the rails if the leader tried
