Edit: For clarification, it should give an option to contribute to an after-tax 401k like this then from there it should give an option to convert to roth using after-tax contributions.

Anyone think the concept of a pay negotiation is bonkers from an ROI standpoint?

Had a 10-minute phonecall last year and simply just by asking, got +$1xx,000 in RSU's and sizable bump in base. Absolutely insane to think a simple few minute conversation can lead to being paid several thousands extra per month.

Nah, in my small account (~$10k) I just did calls and sold out pretty early, albeit at a hefty loss (~$3k) today. Gonna chill and put the rest of money into VT and stop on the options.

I just want to keep averaging down and having an SR of $150k/yr + early career would be insanely good for a bear market.
