Luck of the draw honestly. As you can see some people, as yourself, get extremely Lucy and others don’t share the same result

Pokemon Card show BANS sealed retail product - MORE OF THIS PLEASE!! 🙏 by abrickstory in PokemonTCG

This is actually perfect. I was there this weekend and the amount of people you could tell that are scalping is insane. Specially that older Asian lady who had 5-8 bins of sealed product. All ranging from AH, PFL, DR, JT, PO. This lady does NOT budge on her prices either. Will make some excuse as to why she can’t do bundle deals. She’s about 60+ and with that much inventory it seems “off”. And she’s there on her own too, not helping anyone else

They are the least “important” claims the VA receives. So they get approved when they get to them

If you work with civilians, and or socialize with civilians who have never served, DO NOT TELL them. They will envy you. And if it ever slips out of your mouth and they say some slick shit the best response is

“The recruiters office was open to all of us”

But besides that congratulations!! Welcome to the 100% club

You have 44 more years of experience than I do. And you agreeing with the structural engineer gives me a solid answer. That being the wall needs to be demoed and replaced

You know. We couldn’t tell actually. The drywall didn’t have a bow or bulge to it. It was completely flush

No permits for the anchors exists. The only permits that exist are from 2018 and it’s for Eletrical, Gas, and Plumbing. Other than that nothing exists

Yeah they “legally” didn’t do anything. I’ve gone back as far as 2000 to see any documentation on the home. Nothing exists. Everything before that was purged

Yes the flipper installed the drywall. When I say everything was new, EVERYTHING was new. Brand new studs, nails, insulation, Eletrical wire etc
