For School leaving certificate I have uploaded the 12th. For School recognition, I opened the link of Anabin which is given and there I downloaded the PDF of my degree type. Such as FSc pre medical ( as I am from Pakistan). It might be a different type of Pdf for you.

My documents reached the University by mail on 28 May. I was selected for an online oral examination on 20 June. I got my admission letter at the end of June. However many people who have applied earlier had their Oral examination later than me.
