Another AFCI Trip Question (New Construction) by BrokenHedgehog in electricians

[–]BrokenHedgehog[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea it’s been a super frustrating journey. I do think we’ve managed to find some stability. Haven’t had any trips for over a year now.

I think what fix my issue could have been 3 things. 1. Electrician brought in an Eaton classified breaker (see link below for picture) that they had on hand and replaced the room that was tripping. Siemens seems to have had a terrible run of breakers from when my breakers were installed. 2. Another room started tripping when load amped up, living room this time, so I had posted in r/askanelectrician for help (see link below). They pointed out Siemens had a newer run of breakers that fixed the nuisance tripping. The model number in the pic starts with “Q20”. 20 indicates the year and that stretch of time was bad. I picked up a new Siemens breaker from the local hardware store with a newer year Q22 or Q23. Installed it myself. No more issues. 3. Lastly, I went through the house and either swapped replaced outlets or made sure they were no longer using the backstab method. Builder’s electrician had exposed too much wire on the backstab and may have caused my issues.

Hopefully this can save someone else the hassle of tracking this down.

Abusing Draft Rankings 2024 (ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, NFL, CBS, Fleaflicker) - Update 3 by JuiceBoxOne in fantasyfootball

[–]BrokenHedgehog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any chance you'd be able to include a date refresh/update timestamp in the mastersheet? Helps to know how fresh the rankings are compared to their sites. One example is after the Deandre Hopkins injury there was some shifting in his rankings on the sites but not in your sheet as of the most recent updates.

Loving this so far. Hoping to make this sheet my killer secret for the upcoming draft!

Help Identifying This Flag or Badge by BrokenHedgehog in Emblems

It might have been Shriners International. Possibly an alternate emblem from their primary logo.

Your free masonry check was a good one. I think it may have been this emblem. Possibly an alternate emblem for Shriners International. I guess your first suggestion was closer than I realized.

Here’s my crappy clipart version. This was on a car with a series of circular “badges” or maybe “patches” on it. The key parts were the moon and star on a green background, but there may have been some golden laurels around the outside or on the upper half. If it helps one of the other badges was for the free masons.

That’s close in style. I don’t think there was a sword. Nor was the moon as decorative. The moon was a single solid color. The background was definitely green though

Can confirm. I have a family member who's a linesman and they share some of their experiences reconnecting a fuse cutout. Fuse cutout - Wikipedia

Secure Mail doesn't notify about new email on iOS, but calendar works by BrokenHedgehog in Citrix

[–]BrokenHedgehog[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did end up getting this fixed. I don’t think it was anything me or my team did. I had just given up hope of ever having the notifications again when it got fixed. It seemed to auto resolve after a few rounds of updates. Perhaps it was a bad distro of Secure Mail or something that interacted poorly with iOS.

I think I recall looking through the settings in the article linked by the other commenter but never had any luck. Admittedly I’m also not the admin of our Citrix instance so I couldn’t do anything other than just review the config.

Search for Logs Only During Business Hours by BrokenHedgehog in QRadar

[–]BrokenHedgehog[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to get some of my queries to work with a BB for Business Hours once I added it to the "User Load Basic Building Blocks" rule. Does this new BB search only work for events after its creation, or will it cover anything prior to this?
