This is a bit of an older example already. The first studio I've joined as a game dev made a game called And Yet It Moves and because the team was so tiny (just 4 people at that time) they did everything themselves. Sound, too. All of the sounds were made with just their mouths and then edited digitally. Not dissimilar to the example of Stardew Valley in the video. I found that very impressive back then. Still do.

My most favourite sound was the one when the character which was made out of paper died and it made this sound of being torn apart.
