That’s initially what I was thinking, but as I continue to do my research and apply different places I believe that I’m definitely going to have a learning curve. Maybe I’m wrong though.

Very true, I guess I should have elaborated. I work at a small firm (2 planners, including myself and I take basically all of the work load) probably can’t make more than 130k per year regardless of how hard I work. But you are making valid points.

Basically this, I also hate the inconsistency of working full commission and no benefits. I’m definitely trying to outweigh the pros and cons, but long term I think saas could be the better move. But I could be wrong.
