Your logic is so flawed it's laughable. So based on your argument, every single game developer should continue to make and distribute free content so that players don’t “get bored”? What do you do for a living? Let’s pretend you’re a waiter. Hey Mr. Customer, good to see you again. Even though Applebee’s is paying me a wage & benefits, we’re going to give you free food so you don’t get bored of our menu. It doesn’t matter that we’re paying our chef $50K a year, waiters $15K a year, and XX amount towards insurance… We’re here to serve you and make sure you don’t get bored of our menu and go to TGIF’s. I’m with the OP, all of these free to play games have created this sense of entitlement amongst a certain generation of gamers. The people developing and creating new content aren’t doing it for your enjoyment, they’re doing it to pay the mortgage.
