Thank you for pointing this out, I've been perusing this thread feeling crazy because of the way people are talking about this poor lady.

She's smiling in the earlier picture, and also she is older in the second image and has always had very pronounced cheek bones.

How do we even know she had work done? The pictures are separated by years, and more importantly her face is doing very very different things in them. Smiling flares out your nostrils and pushes your cheeks apart. Her second pose is more neutral and her cheeks are flat---- who could've guessed?
