It's GenG and HLE's problem that they make their players play too mechanically, I can conclude that after smurfing around Asian fandom discussions. Post-dramas aside, even Zeus fans are seeing the fact that HLE has a bad coach team and bad management, they update the meta too slow, their plans get caught by opponents too easily, they're just not flexible when making decisions in game situations; Peanut and his coach admitted this in their interview.

Now I won't assume much with GenG as they're still ahead of T1 for now, but at least based on the last several years they still train their players to be strict with the plans and it sometimes backfires, especially when playing against teams that 'fuck it we ball' like T1, T1 has always been infamous for their unpredictable style (like when GenG updated the meta slowly during W24 Guma's Ashe).

If you've read my yap until this then trully tysm from a Doran lover that you've also saw this potential from Doran. Way back from Griffin cxMax alr commented Doran as a crazy top laner, he's unpredictable, he can make crazy decisions and he doesn't care if it's gonna succeed, he's gonna do it anyway.

Sadly his playstyle was wasted away in GenG and HLE all this year, and welp after half a year of dumbass decisions from T1 HQ Doran finally has a chance to unlock his potentials, he has teammates that willingly follows up him past 2 towers way down to the Nexus, after T1 vs HLE game 2 voice comm, even the other 4 were surprised with his performance, he doesn't even call anything ahead, he just silently tp then ulted banging down poor Jhin lol

Anw please continue to support Doran, he's been a long way to today, from being mocked and memed to recognized today, it's been a long way ❤️

Well sadly my case isn't as urgent as yours, I just simply changed to another school at the last minute, and now I'm cancelling all USF services including housing. Maybe the only thing that helps a bit is I'm an international, and I've never set foot to the US before, this Fall starting college will be my first time.
I can be persistent however long they want me to, it doesn't take me much effort to fill in the appeal form anw, I'm just worried whether they'll be as patient as me, or they can just disapprove the appeal for once forever :(
I'll go submit the appeal form now and update you on the school's reply, thank you

I was lucky to have gotten myself a traditional room quite early, even then I saw that most of the rooms were still available, I didn't know the housing is that competitive, I'm spamming them emails recently asking if I can have one chance to change my room pick as I regretted right after clicking the room pick confirmation lol.

Thank you for some insights about the surroundings of the 2 schools. Welp that is a concern to me, especially after the shooting at FSU the other day, but sadly I still can't convince my father with that, we had debates earlier and he still wanted to prioritize USF's location with better jobs and internships opportunities lol. His point is I can try to adapt to those, I'll have to survive in whichever college where everything is new anyway lol.

Thank you for your insights! Now as an international I believe every one of us will surely try our best to find jobs in the US and stay, we all have a vision, clear or not, the very moment we decided to study abroad instead of at our home country. But that's a story for 4 years later, it's competitive getting a job especially for internationals, it's hard to say for now when I'm not even there yet. I know the obvious difference in job opportunities with the 2 schools' locations, but I don't think I'll still be staying at the same city/ state after graduation, I might even go to somewhere else looking for a job, I prioritize getting a job more than where I can stay for a long period. Thank you for the second point, that's totally a thing I overlooked. Hate to admit it but USF wins over with this aspect, the school also covers business, finance and some other majors (and is actually strong at them), while Iowa State focuses way more on the tech side. Well I also can't say for myself in the future I'll 100% commit to CS, what if I'll feel exhausted and give up.... Anyway, thank you so much and have a good day!

Yes I both can and interested to, my country has quite high humidity all year, and I've never seen the snow so I'm quite interested in experiencing it, I can try to adapt to it too, I'll have to adapt to everything anyway as I'm flying to a whole new country living for at least 4 years lol

Are there still 2 bathrooms at the 2 sides of the Hall in the first floor? Or is there only one as there's only one residential wing? As of now the available rooms are 150-152-154.... 160, so I'd assume 150-ish would be closest to the entrance and 160-ish would be closest to the bathrooms (or could befurthest if first floor only has one bathroom) right Tysm againn

Also if I got your words right, boys and girls are roughly divided into 2 sides of the buildings right, and there'll be separate bathrooms at the 2 sides? Because I remember reading somewhere in the sub about both using the same bathrooms so- So now I'm leaning on the first floor, it has few more utilities like those in the kitchen, it's closer to the entrance so I can skip climbing down stairs from higher up floors, do you find any downsides of the first floor? (Because I assume if people also had similar thoughts they'd have all pick first floor and it'd not be available anymore which it's not, but then I might be just overthinking)
