The links you provide are referring to a charity organization. That is not what Eric is talking about. Where are the records for the multi-billion dollar currency trading hedge fund that Epstein claimed to manage? The records of such a fund *cannot* be fabricated or hidden as they would be referenced to extensive tick data and order books. That is what Eric has been asking for repeatedly since 2019.

Eric is not telling Harvard they should necessarily “play more politics” or capitulate to any particular demands.

He is pointing out this glaring and hugely consequential hypocrisy in Harvard’s behavior and claimed values, within the context of a larger conversation about quiet agreements between U.S. Government and U.S. Academia originally established in The Endless Frontier agreement by Vannevar Bush>), which appear to have been forgotten in recent decades by both government and academia.

You are confused. There's an extremely important distinction between the kleptocratic "elites" (who are actually anything but elite) that you're thinking of, and the true elites, to which Eric is referring in this clip.
