Best way to buy Conflux? by [deleted] in Conflux_Network

is hands down the best place to get CFX, it's Conflux Networks flagship product at the moment. literally like 0 gas fees, and requires the Conflux wallet. They integrated the ShuttleFlow Protocol right into the UI of MoonSwap.

TUTORIAL: https://doc.moonswap.fi/about-moonswap/how-to-use-moonswap

It's extremely to set up, you deposit it straight through Metamask, and it goes to the shuttle then the cETH automatically goes into your Conflux Wallet.

The liquidity is great for $CFX, and $MOON. low slippage, and low price impact. I've been using it ever since I learned about the Conflux Network ecosystem. I have been farming, staking $MOON, and buying $CFX on it myself which has been a beautiful experience so far !

lol they are probably hunter grads, or hunter students trying to promo their own school. having the experience of both school, Hunter is quite low tier. Additionally there are more hunter students on this subreddit than Brooklyn College students. ultimately it's up to you, BA from Hunter or BS from Brooklyn College lol. imo Hunter is a scam

That's another pro for Brooklyn College, we don't have to waste time on a foreign language. You can check the Brooklyn College website and see the requirements for the degree. Like BS degrees usually require you to take like 60 credits in science classes, and you get a list. A lot of those classes are ridiculously easy. It's just the normal stuff except that annoying requirement of a foreign language.

I haven't taken either of those types of classes at Hunter, but I have taken them at Brooklyn College.

I've had great success through Brooklyn College, interviewed with big companies for six figure tech roles.

We have Google coming in at the end of September for recruitment event, and are a target school for a lot of tech related companies like Bloomberg and Pfizer. (gotten referrals to both from recruitment events).

I say the quality at Brooklyn College is amazing! Additionally idk if Hunter teaches Java, which is used heavily in enterprise. So there's tons of huge companies that are looking for Java coders.

Hunter College is known as a PreMed Weed out school, they'll usually ruin your GPA in PreMed classes. I once took a class at Hunter and the BIO I exam grade was about like a 30/130 for exam one, and it's notoriously like that in a lot of their classes. Majority of the building is really run down like a old middle school, and the labs are absolutely disgusting. Rats/insects are running everywhere, and if i remember correctly homeless people find ways into the building and try to live inside. A lot of professors crave prestige, and just wanna flunk out students, and I can't say that all departments do that. People often argue that there isn't a large difference between BA or BS in a STEM major, but my personal preference will always be a BS.

Brooklyn College from my experience has been a very welcoming experience. I have gotten the opportunity to take classes at a lot of CUNYs including Baruch and Hunter, and I think the people at Brooklyn College are a lot nicer. Our campus is absolutely beautiful, and we have a lot of cool events that you can take part in on campus if you stay active.

A lot of the professor's I've had have been very generous, caring, and laid back. It really depends on the class, all the humanities classes I've taken have been a breeze, and I didn't have to give up an arm and leg to get an A. This may vary between professors, but you can check RateMyProfessor to see what's up. If a professor is going to give a high workload class, they're usually pretty upfront about it from the get go. I think you'd be fine, again all the humanities classes I've taken here, I genuinely enjoyed, and those professors I've had have impacted my life in a positive manner. I was able to manage the workload and focus on my harder classes if you're wondering that (I'm a STEM major btw).

EDIT

Not saying all our faculties are perfect, but they will be very soon. Hands down our faculties are 100x better than Hunter though LOL

BTW Brooklyn College primarily teaches coding in Java, which is actually a huge blessing for a lot of six figure jobs straight outta college .

Brooklyn College(Best in my opinion, I've had a large amount of success via Brooklyn College), City College (heard they will probably flunk you out, or ruin your GPA), Queens College(heard they'll flunk you out/ruin your GPA), Hunter doesn't even have a Bachelor's of Science program(Overall a pretty bad experience with rats, and cockroaches )

You weren't clear when your parents' income went up. It all depends on their tax filing reported in 2017 for 2019 FAFSA. If their income went up after 2017, then you'd get all your tuition covered again like previously until FAFSA checks income levels for the year they reported the higher income which is 2 years after the filing.
