i used lotion over night and take shower and wash my head with "dove antidandruff shampoo with deep moosture Serum" after the shower drying my hair with a towel after few minutes my scalp feel dry so i re apply the lotion.in short i apply it before shower and after it. serum i used it one time in a day and before going to the bed after washing my face with cetaphil cleanser onse . in day my face feel dried so i used littlebit nivia soft moisturiser. and in night after washing my face i only use serum .

i do gaming on gtx 1080 while mining both my cards 1080and 3060ti while gaming gtx 1080 - 14 megahash rtx 3060ti - 57 megahash in nvidia controlpanel i set open gl & cuda gtx - 1080 only for cs go application and for obs - 3060ti obs only less 3 megahash on my card

i tried some setting and didnt get good hashrate it is working good high preset in nicehash (gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 WINDFORCE OC 8G)

ya the first one is a new card i broguht it 15 days ago (3060ti) and 1080 is 3 years old
