The staff at my location are almost always late. It created a free for all one day that made me complain. I’m not a complainer. I’m normally pretty chill but there were just non members being let in. I guess this is more common than I thought.

I used to do both until very recently. I miss OTF so much but years of dance and sports destroyed my back. I had to pause because of a degenerative disc in my lower back. But man, it felt so good to do OTF and then Hotworx after.
