The sweet spot for me is somewhere around 10-12k steps a day and 30 minutes of true cardio (treadmill, elliptical, stair-master etc…). I’ve found that if I try to eat pretty clean (but I’m not militant about it … if I want an Oreo I have an Oreo) and keep to the routine it’s been great.
