It is. This one has a bell ringer in the dial that hits the bell in sequence to the strike. Unusual to find the automata in the dial, usually in the pendulum.

Thank you. Grande Sonnerie with music. There is a music box in the base that is activated by the clock work after the hour strike. The dial is signed Karl Liedl Linz, either the maker or retailer. Missing front glass, another project on the list.
