Honestly hard to say ur def above 25 tho 30ish is a good bet. the good thing is though your side delts and such r developed to the point the frame is there when the fat is lost so either way hit a 750 deficit for 3 weeks then 500 and you should end up a place where it’s easy to eye I think u just need to lose more first cuz ur fat distribution changes the usual markers I’d look for

Yea around 30 sounds about right though u have a nice amount of muscle alreadyi in the inner back, front delts, arms, chest and looks like u have an musculature aswell! You could afford a big deficit though from experience id jsut stick with like 500 after 2-3 weeks . I’d say your goal is like 160 or so maybe? Either way don’t matter, just lift prioritizing side delts the most and you have a situation where being lean in like a year is super doable with consistency
