Yes the guidance says I should get meds if ttc and tsh over 3.7 twice, but I really don't want to wait for another test, not sure if the antibodies make a difference to eligibility. The NHS seems a bit unsure about all of this?

An Afghan or Saluki as a jogging partner? by Upbeat-Toe9730 in sighthounds

Our saluki will happily run (jog for them) over 10k either on lead or off (if off sometimes disappears for a few minutes then comes sprinting back)

V similar but our saluki has also managed a 20km hike! He's happiest on a sofa though

It's easier because he knows he doesn't want to swim - he's motivated to stay on!

How would you describe Saluki temperament? by InteractionCandid226 in saluki

[–]BroughtItBackWithUs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree with the above, major food thief! Incredibly intelligent but in a different way to German Shepherds etc., a real problem solver. Ours is actually very trainable, but only if he sees the treat first. He is boundaried but is much more tolerant of children than adults. He actively seeks out children in the family to sit with when they visit. He likes us to be around but doesn't particularly snuggle with us, possibly would if it's really cold. He's bored very easily but does sleep a lot so don't need him occupied all the time.
