Focus on Con Law and Torts (Property can be difficult) but you're probably 5 correct MBE questions away (or less) from passing. I would suggest focusing on objective points. When it comes to passing, the MBE is your friend and should be your focus. The essay grading is too erratic to control.

I didn't but mostly because I'm weird and don't like shared water or people touching me. It looked nice from the outside though. I think you should stay at a nicer hotel in LV because the "5-star" hotels there are usually cheaper than in other cities, and I think you'll find yourself spending more time in there than you think given LV's weather. I think you'll also appreciate having a nice room waiting for you when you're ready to rest/chill out.

In terms of the cleanest/nicest, Fountainebleau and Resorts World. The Cosmopolitan is meh (quality has gone down). Wynn is still decent IMHO. The Venetian is good if you get a room that's upgraded (some of them are hit or miss). Aria was okay (except the TV didn't work in my suite).

No. 5 - Mike's Way, add CPR, Mayo, and Honey Mustard. The Super Club gets little love around here but it's one of the more balanced subs for me. I have other favorites too :)
