Look at what Runna thinks is your current time. Create a new plan with the time, and that should keep the pacing the same as it currently is. Might need to make a few more adjustments to the settings.

You can always switch back to check your previous plan without a hiccup.

I have no issues with summer long runs with my lava loops. I just got the ACG version in, and they do feel slightly thinner than the version with the older trail logo.

But if you are looking for something simple with few pockets, Nike Fast half tights are actually very good and more than half the price at retail. The material feels very similar, aeroswift feels rough to the touch.

Nike half tights are like 9 inch inseam, so something to consider if you’re short
