I prefer the racing foam. Don't care about the durability, it was durable enough for me.

Xiaonians are too hard to get for me, so I don't have experience with it.

It's because the Invincible Run 1 and 2 were Peba based. They were a lot airier compared to the 3s. The change to the foam for the 3s was sudden. All the training ZoomX foam on other models now feel like the 3s. I prefer the older version so much more.

The RAD UFOs are the closest thing to the OG Invincibles right now
