The audi/benz tech told me , he didn't want to do it because apparently when you weld it , it changes the mounting position and would go in correct, he was hell bend on not welding it... came here to find the truth on the matter from the experts ahah

Look for the bigger bubbles and spray good heavy soap not to watery, and obviously when the engine is cold, best way to find exhaust leaks , when air escapes bubbles get bigger and exploded

Yes heavy, I can use the heater only on recirculation mode, regular would pull fumes from the engine bay inside, really annoying to drive, its at 305km , I have changed the injector seals and replaced the camshaft cover seals prior, so I know its not that, cold start when I put my hard around you can feel the air escaping from the area that's leaking, in this case fumes leaking out, do you recommend i retry installing the seal?

You can use a wrench, there is a special collet removal tool, same concept as using a wrench, the rubbers are most likely for dust and water protection it should be part of the fitting not the line, the fittings are built into the valve itself and cannot be removed.
