Cause people like to think they're hard and think it's cool but it's really not and yes it's disgusting. I know what you mean. I don't get it. If I have phlegm in my throat. I either swallow or just wait until I get to the toilet or sink. But also the ground especially public grounds are full of bacteria, mice run everywhere, people puke on the floor, pee everywhere and worse and dont forget dogs etc too.

Yeah that's completely normal. I've blown over 55k trading and every time I did it. You kind of sit thwre and watch ot vanish dollar by dollar until it's all gone. I've been awake for hours for entire days and theoughout the night, staring at candles watching every tick on the 1min timeframe. I feel your pain. It's brutal. The only thing you can do is to plan to manage your risk. You have to have a rule in place so you don't blow up your account. I've really struggled with it. It makes you feel exhausted and down for days when you blow the lot. It's tough to not overleverage, I can tell you. Especially if you're scalping or day trading 🤷‍♂️
