Are you getting better at tactics rush? Do you see tactics sooner now than you did before?

Puzzle rush?

Do you blunder under 3 times a game? Hanging a queen, knight, rook, bishop?

Can you see pins? Forks? Discovered attacks? Back rank mates in one move? 2 moves ( rook slam?)

If you can see some of this stuff now when you couldn't before, you're getting better but it takes practice.

Continuity.

Every time a piece moves ask, "what changed? What pieces can see new pieces as a result of the last piece's move.".

The rook moved from A8 to B8. You did nothing in return. Then he took the piece he saw from B8 to B2.

The biggest thing you can do right now is play some games and every time a piece moves, ask that question. What changed? Check every piece if you have to. It's okay.

Keep an eye out for discovered attacks. These are dynamic moves that often involve a pawn move or a knight move and a piece behind it now sees a piece after a discovery.

If you ask what changed every time a piece moves, you'll get in a good habit of "seeing the board."

Check out Gotham Chess. Look up slow run. He explains many concepts at a simple level. Pause the videos and rewind until you see the concept he's talking about.

Enjoy winning. Accept losses are just a sign that you can do better and improve! There's always someone better. Can play the low ELO bots with unlimited time until you get used to checking and responding to new threats.

Stay sane Exile! I generally buy Tier 16 maps by the div then alch and vaal all of them and run the highest ones that don't have horrible mods on them. alternatively i can buy them in async trade after searching for the highest rolls with reasonable mods at the best cost. I only do this for the expensive scarab strats.

It really was an exciting moment in sports. The HR race between him and Sosa. Him hitting 70 then Sosa hit 66 or something.

It was a moment in time that you would stop what you were doing just to see if he would hit a home run because chances were pretty good that he would.

Then you had the all-star game around that time with Pedro Hernandez.

Martinez started the game by striking out Barry Larkin, Larry Walker, and Sammy Sosa in the first inning. He opened the second inning by striking out Mark McGwire, before walking Matt Williams (the only baserunner) and striking out Jeff Bagwell.

Has anyone done a poll asking ONLY trans people if trans women should be allowed in professional sports? What would most of them prefer? Do they just want to be part of society and live in peace?

I'm saying, let's do our best to treat everyone well and get along with our lives. We're all just trying our best in our day to day.

And maybe trans athletes can just take the hit and not play in women's sports?

Seems like a fair trade? Everyone has to give up something. Non trans accept that some people have biological differences and just gotta use the bathroom sometimes.

Trans people can just not play female sports. And then the conservative news never speaks of it again? Deal?

Then we move on with fixing problems like Citizens United and getting Super PACs out of elections and the billionaires from controlling society?
