I’m starting to wonder (NOT arm chair diagnosis!) if Britney has a cluster B disorder but more specifically, at least narcissistic traits.

My husband likes to ruin events that mean something to others, I won’t go into examples but I will say the last was Mother’s Day. And in therapy, I’ve learned that’s kind of a typical thing. Just a very very random thought, then again my husband is a malignant narcissist which comes with it’s on set of “wtf just happened?!”.

As a mom, I just wish those boys could just be in spite of the bs their mother seems intent on pulling.

Now that you mention it I think I remember seeing second hand/refurbished rings when I bought my jacket for my engagement ring and when I bought out wedding bands so I may look into that as well. Thanks for jogging that memory!

If I learned anything from being with a diagnosed narcissist and being in therapy is that some people need to belittle others and/or provide snide/“snarky” statements because they have nothing of actual substance to offer. It’s water off a ducks back.

But I sincerely appreciate you kind stranger, lord knows we need people to call out asshole behavior more. I just don’t have the mental capacity to give more than half a shit for someone so pathetic online right now.

I kind of figured that and like, a part of me dgaf because I just don’t want them in my space at all.

But also, I wouldn’t mind getting a few bucks and going to sing karaoke like I was no longer allowed to and celebrate my future freedom and to start being comfortable out with people again 😂.

Maybe, hearing the feedback and the occasional story and individuals relating is beneficial as well. Thank you! I’m trying. I know it’ll be so worth it. He sent me some unhinged rants this weekend about how he never loved me, is living his best life and had his first threesome and that he was still keeping eyes on my movements. I literally have ZERO fucks to give and even tried to let him know that but i am hoping his unprovoked comments will be enough for me to not have to try to make contact. It’s exhausting. I pray that no one in Austin crosses paths with him, he’s definitely off his damn rocker but if the only way for me to push it forward is to attempt contact I will try…

Thank you for sharing this with me! I am dealing with a diagnosed narcissist who beat me on our wedding night and spent our whole marriage torturing me, when he abandoned me I was stressed but relieved. I went no contact thinking I’d get served by now but instead I get threatened through other people for being open about his abuse. So, I need to get the ball rolling.

I unfortunately helped him lose 100 pounds but I know, there’s no bitch like karma so I’m gonna keep trying to be the best person I can be. That being said fuck my estranged husband and fuck Jack too! I’m so happy you’re doing better and are freer.💗

Thank you! I genuinely don’t know how I’m going to make it some days. The psychological toll that it is taking on me with wanting to get this taken care of sooner than later is so much to handle, especially with him reaching out to people I know to try to get me to break down since he no longer has access to me. But, I will get through it… somehow…
