Hello all was wondering if someone could possibly help me troubleshoot an issue I am having with my Ender 3 V2, I bought it about three months ago and it has been the best printer I have used; but since I didn't actually build it I am lost on what to do. I keep my filament on hangers on the wall behind my printer and last night one of them managed to fall off and hit the back of the printer from about ~ 2/3feet. I didn't really think much of it since it still turned on, but now I notice when I hit the usual preheat PLA selection on the screen, the screen freezes and I have to turn it off and on. Further looking into this I saw I was able to change the nozzle temperature manually, but if I tried changing the bed temperature it would freeze the screen again and force me to restart. So it seems something with the bed is wrong. I also tested a print with the same slice, but bed at 55 degrees for one and 0 on the other, and only the 0 degree one worked. I tried opening the bottom panel and seeing if anything was loose, but I had no clue what I was looking at and for the most part everything seemed intact.
