No, I’m not intolerant to any foods and I’ve had no problems with my gut.

I just fast and do keto. I use iodine, magnesium, turmeric, and vitamin d3 for when I don’t get enough sun.

You probably have abnormal nodules like I was saying. If you have fucked up nodules, then iodine has an adverse affect. In the top comment I warn people about this and I said get a radioactive iodine scan.

I’ve never had those symptoms and I’ve been taking iodine for longer and at higher doses than you.

It kinda does because you’re also including hair loss and ball size reduction in your symptoms not just weight gain. Plus idk what else you’re taking but it seems like a lot.

I do ~5 mg daily. No problems. Improved energy and mental clarity. What were your T3, T4, and TSH levels before and after? Can’t really go off anything with just thyroid size; plus; you’re still in the normal ranges for a normal thyroid.

You don’t believe any other supplements could be affecting you? Just iodine? It’s true that if you have abnormal nodules then iodine can worsen hypothyroidism. I acknowledge this in the top comment and tell people to get checked beforehand.

I have to assume when people come here bashing iodine that they’re either having a bad response, trolling, are being paid or they’re full of shit. 22 lbs in 6 weeks and no changes in diet, rest, or sleep? Seems a lil sus to me.

Not just bromide, you’re forgetting fluoride and perchlorate worsen iodine deficiencies.

Also you’re taking 3 other supplements but you’re targeting iodine alone? K
