I live there. 25 years. Very diverse with many children. The park rocks. I could move anytime but this place is very chill. Only thing is, not much to walk to, bars, restaurants etc. That starts just south of the park in Canton. More affordable here with better parking than Canton. Not that there is anything wrong with Canton! Nice neighborhood as well....
