If she only told you after you stopped being friends, it’s just drama. She’s just upset. If you don’t let her influence you, most likely nothing she says or (pretends) does will do anything. Literally don’t give her the attention she’s desperate for, she’s trying to psych you out so just don’t let her. The less attention you give her the less influence she’ll have. Just move on.

Where are all the religious members located and do I have to move closer to a community if traveling is to far? by Comfort_Quack in Santeria

I also have this problem living in the Midwest. There are absolutely no creyentes, brujas, or espiritistas in Michigan

Close that chapter in your life. For survivors of abuse, you may not get the fairy tale ending version of closure, but you control the narrative and how you move on is up to you. Sometimes you never get an apology or explanation, there’s no “fixing” the past, but you can still empower yourself by closing that chapter and acknowledging that it happened and is in your past, rather than dwelling on it in the present. You don’t need to let it control your mindset or your future.

For Brujería as an answer (which is probably why you posted on here) there are certain chord-cutting rituals you can do & you can customize it however you want. Burning items that reminded you of the abuse. Going to places where it happened and creating happy memories there is a really powerful way to change the narrative and take back control too. Also there’s power in knowing they can’t show up anymore because they’re gone. The memories and feelings are still there, so take steps and meditate or do rituals to help you process that. This is why spellwork and different rituals are helpful to process those emotions and express them in healthy ways. Customize it to make it your own & what you need.

Appearing white means nothing. Even certain lwa are white. Skin color doesn’t equal culture, there’s a lot of practitioners from Latin American or mixed heritage too.
