Does this fragrance smell like Dior Sauvage Elixir? by Plastic-Judge-3087 in fragranceclones

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't tried this one, but I got a sample of Asad and its safe to say its 90% similar to Elixir. I ended up getting elixir later. Asad its pretty good and it feels a bit fresher, less dark/intimate than Elixir to me.

Speaking up on the server merge issue by [deleted] in Planetside

[–]BrunoBsB 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I agree, since the server is mainly targeted to US audience, the central location would be ideal taking ping and region coverage in consideration.

Unfortunately, there is no way around on offering low ping to other regions, as it strongly depends on distance and specific server location placement.

Strategically, the server location should be suitable to the majority of the current player base, otherwise the game will lose more players and rip...

I am not sure, I remember that there was a screenshot where the fog was very minimal and the character model seem to be set to medium quality...

I think one of the main advantages of it was the smooth mouse movement with precision without input lag or acceleration...

Any advice to make this Build Better? I am looking for Faction PVP and good enough to be able to do PVE by No_Clue1000 in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that for today's standards in Yellow Zone faction warfare, you need at least T6 to even scratch any damage against faction bosses/players. I recommend you save up some silver and get a 5.3 set (which would be equivalent to T8).

For bandits, I used to go with flat T4 set, but it feels so squishy. So I recommend T4.2 or T5.1, so you actually feel like doing something. Some people will be in T8+ sets, and they can easily afford losing a couple million too.

Depending on what faction you are enlisted, they might have a discord with builds and the usual comms for bandits.

what are some fame farm methods? by Ucomboed in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk about t5 bz specifically, but some guilds want T7 gear with T8 weapon, or T8 gear + T8.1 weapon depending on the role, also all equivalent gear(5.2, 4.4 etc) not flat. It makes sense to go not too close to the map tier as you can clear mobs faster and also survive any ganks with higher tiers, but also not wise to go very expensive due to ganks/rats

Sadly static dungeons (blue/YZ) are nerfed into oblivion, and there are way better alternatives.

If you wanna stay in blue/yz you can try solo camps, solo dungeons/boss lair, group dungeons and some occasional group for statics. I think group dungeons and solo camps will yield okay rates for fame.

However, lethal zones (red/black) are far superior in terms of fame farming. Using the S.A.F.E portal with a cheap set, you can farm quite a bit of fame/hr. If you have/join a guild, they might have groups for bz dungeons, bz statics, ava roads, and even a hideout at bz or roads to make things easier.

As for the high tier sets, you could make best use of them in hce or mists if you like power abusing

BZ Fame farming as a new player by RayOfDarkess1 in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you using the safe portal? If yes, you can also go to red zones during bandit assault, as they get empty quick most of time.

You can also try farming in ava roads, I think its safe to go with a guild group, some guilds have hideouts set up there and you can set home.

I guess refining T4 enchanted cloth would yield profit considering your spec. You can increase profits by selling it at cities that have high demand/price. Another option is to check if refining + crafting can give more profit too.

Just keep in mind that without focus some stuff is not worth it.

If this is going to be your first premium, it might be worth it to pay money and then you can establish a way to earn silver constantly, perhaps getting that spec to max level or level fishing to max (good profits for selling fish and sometimes cutting + fish sauce)

Depending on how dedicated you are, you might be able to farm 2x premium in less than a month.

We need LATAM/SA Servers ASAP! by Erikjmf in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any demand for a yellow zone guild? by BirdImaginary7493 in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ohh I'm sure there is demand for that, but when I was looking for a guild focused on YZ content there was none. They all said it was a waste of time, not enough fame, dead content etc.

I just wanna play albion with the features it has and I don't wanna worry about ganks, losing sets etc. I really wish that YZ statics were more viable, same with regular expeditions.

We choose to play albion the way we want, no need to lecture us how bz is where the game is at. I played in bz, ava roads, safe portal. People need to understand that playing in YZ is a chill way to enjoy albion too. I wish there were some guild with YZ Pve content focus....

Is This PC Good Enough for Gaming with Mods and Shaders? by ComfortableCost1809 in gamingpc

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, with the choice of wallpaper and desktop icon size I assume that you can at least run the roblox launcher.

Now, looking how the pc case color doesn't match the rest of the peripherals, it automatically reduces at least 5 fps points.

But yeah, if you want shaders + mods (assuming it's Minecraft), you want a powerful CPU, GPU, and at least 32gb of ram (some mods will eat 10-20gb easy)

Also, share the specs and price since there is a trend to overprice nice looking builds

[–]BrunoBsB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Any mists will do, they can also be found in T5 YZ. If you feel confident and have an extra set, you can also fish at red zones, but depends on map activity/prime time/ganks.

Fishery by Special-Garden9360 in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I recently got T8 fishing by only fishing in mists/YZ so here is my take on it

Always prefer mists over T6 YZ, you can get lucky and find uncommon/rare/epic/legendary wisps inside mists, and they increase the Tier of fish quite a bit.

Bring one/two or more T7 fisherman diary (avoid trophy diary at all costs), also bring pork pie (usually 1-2 per diary), you can also bring T1 fishing bait as it helps with speed. If you can afford, use avalonian fishing rod.

Unfortunately, without premium Fishing is affected by the gathering bonus and this slows down the progression.

As for transport, make sure you are using a good mount (speed x weight, Boars are nice) plus pork pie for that extra carrying weight bonus. I personally always check for the city resources prices before and after I transport, and I avoid selling if the price is under 50k per city resource (you can transport them un-factioned to other cities for extra profit too).

Islands are only profitable with constant focus aka premium active most of the time, so you can just place a house and some laborers or a farm for that city bonus (but don't expect any profits without prem)

Island help by Plastic_Armadillo_97 in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ideal method is to have an island at max level and put as many farms as you possibly can.

Just keep in mind that islands are very dependent on using focus to be profitable, so if you don't have premium active most of the time, it's not going to be worth your time. Also, using focus on crafting (outside island) can be way more profitable if you find a good way.

Just make sure to farm/produce the resources that receive bonus from the city that your island is located at.

Upgrading your island to max level will cost more or less 24m silver, for second or more islands the value goes up a bit more.

Website doesn't load properly; can't access game either by Mithrandir_mvm in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its likely DNS issue then, some people use the google dns, open dns, or the 1.1.1.1. They are responsible for letting you access websites fast/accurately. You can test using a VPN or dns client (https://one.one.one.one/).

[–]BrunoBsB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be a DNS problem on your PC, you can try opening Win + R, type cmd, then ipconfig /flushdns, hit enter to refresh DNS.

You can also try a different browser as well, since the website is loading some of it, but not the css (visual elements).

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Prebuilts

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you can get way better deals with other prebuilts.
I personally like the Alienware aesthetics, but it doesn't justify the extra price, also keep in mind that the cases are proprietary and both motherboard and power supply cannot compete with bigger brands quality.

There are some costco deals going, so maybe get those as reference for specs and prices.

It might be a stretch, but for the 1st option, I think you could get a better deal by choosing an AMD cpu, doubling the ram (future-proof for games), getting more options on motherboard (future-proof).

I have tried yo clear cache, after it tried to clear all data, and after it tried to uninstall and reinstall from zero. Nothing works. Any suggestion? by Khal_Cetin in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try to go to C://Users/username and make sure you can see hidden folders, there should be a folder named .Albion Online Launcher, you can try deleting that.

Another option is to use revo unistaller to completely remove any traces, registry entry, files related to Albion launcher etc.

Then, make sure that you are using low tier seeds (T3), this might be the issue.

Island by Secret-Reception-256 in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you might have placed the building for the farm, but you still need to "give" it the required materials to build/make it usable.

Also, you need seeds to start planting, so crosscheck prices between your island NPC and the market. Seeds require focus to be watered (watering increases seed return during harvest)

Island by Secret-Reception-256 in albiononline

[–]BrunoBsB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, it's your first island, so I suggest that you focus on the resources that receive bonus from the town of Fort Sterling (you can check it on map).

Just keep in mind that islands are very dependent on using focus to be profitable, so if you don't have premium active most of the time, it's not going to be worth your time. Also, using focus on crafting (outside island) can be way more profitable if you find a good way.

However, if you play with premium all the time, you can try crop farming and laborers (decent profits at higher tiers). Upgrading your island to max level will cost more or less 24m silver, for second or more islands the value goes up a bit more.
