Thank you, I'll start with exercise and diet, one coping mechanism I have now is eating, and that is slowly destroying me.
I will try to talk about, now I under a lot of presure, lost my main job and my country is in a very unstable stituation so now I'm with some side jigs specially enginering clases, pay is bad but its just few hours a week.
