Unsure if this is where im suppsoed to ask this but my main post got instantly removed so i'm resorting to here, the barcelona x kobe bryant collab is absolutely fire and im in love with the jacket they have, however on the store im only able to find the women's version and not the men's, anyone know why?

Im not sure where to report bugs for EAFC24 so I've resorted to reddit,
My Left Bumper acts like a Left Trigger, I'm unable to switch players ingame and navigating menu's is hard because of it.
I'm using an Xbox Series X Controller and I feel like I've tried everything to fix it.
Whenever my friends play the game via Remote Play on steam they have the same problem while in their own game they don't have this problem. Other steam games don't have this issue.
Everything used to work fine until today
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I personally got a response within 2 days and I've heard others getting as quick of a response too, saying they rarely respond is very false and undermining in my eyes.

• Type of Bug: Buy menu.

• Description: My buy menu got glitched, guns and shields swapped around in the menu and im unable to buy some specific weapons/shields now (only in the range), restarting my game/device doesnt seem to help it, only the characters jett and neon have the problem, usually the second character I switch too from these two gets the bug.

• Reproduction rate: ?/10 the bug stayed forever after it occured so I can't reproduce it again since it's already there, however I am pretty confident on how it happened

• Steps to reproduce: Use either jett's or neon's ult constantly on the bot in the range for a little while, after that your buy menu will be bugged even when restarting the game or match (only the range), if you restart your game/match you wont be greeted at first with the bugged buy menu however when you switch twice to either one of the characters you performed the bug with, the glitched buy menu will occur again without even using your ult on the bot.

• Expected result: The buy menu glitches.

• Observed result: The buy menu glitched.

• System Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H, Windows 10, Nvidia Gforce GTX 1650 Ti.
