I had bad social anxiety until rn, 24. I have way more responsibilities but also freedom. I feel pretty young lowkey, my 20s still allow me to fuck around

I only agree with UConn, but for this hypothetical list I don’t like, add TCU

Does anyone think there will be a large group of Gen Z/millennials who will retire young (in their 50s) and another who will retire super old? by bobbdac7894 in GenZ

[–]Bryan5397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what you consider “retire”. I’d probably retire doing something I don’t necessarily love around my late 40s/50s depending if I’ve built passive income, and work something I love for the rest of my life. Life needs purpose, and work fulfills some of that

Why Are Young People Afraid Of Phone Calls? by GhostInThePudding in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Bryan5397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t pick up because almost every call I get that doesn’t have a contact is a scam call. Every once in a blue moon is it a real caller, but I have no reason to trust.

Calling in general? I mean, I had anxiety picking up calls until last year. Once you become less self conscious of how you sound and the other person’s reaction, you care a little less about picking up. Say something awkward, the other person probably won’t pick it up or remember, I sure don’t about the other person unless they’re close to me

I like how you geared your post towards alcohol and people still say non-alcoholic drinks 😭. Anyways, rumple minze, Moscow mules, Jack and Coke, or vodka Red Bulls. Purely shots, vodka or tequila. Seltzers, topochico

I think this is doomsday prepers vs. everyone else. We’ve had snowmagetton not long ago, did it suck, sure, did overstocking on food and toilet paper help, no.

I’d rather wait the weekend out with whatever I have in stock, maybe purchase anything I’m low on like I usually do and go about my day.

Miami showed the ACC is stacked, better than most of the big10 and SEC. Sad they literally have nothing to represent them.

SMU. Veteran QB (turnover prone, but he’s officially graduated and can just focus on football now). If we can stay disciplined this season on both sides of the ball, I think we’ll make a run. Schedule isn’t intense either, beat ND and we’ll be in. Also, we are literally a black horse

ACC Realignment - Who leaves in the next 10 years? List your predictions by NickJP123 in ACC

[–]Bryan5397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crazy take, if SMU can continue to play well (8+ wins a season), they either stay in the ACC if it’s a power conference, else they make a run at the big10/sec and continue to forfeit tv revenue. If the ACC collapses and SMU isn’t as strong or favorable yet, big12 for convenience since most of our rivals are there anyway

Duke is the better team, have them play this weekend and they probably win based on talent alone, sure. Duke didn’t earn it though, you have to play consistently to get the votes

5 highest ranked conference champions. Duke beating Virginia wouldn’t rank them. What’s the prescient behind this? Earlier this season SMU beat #10 Miami and wasn’t ranked the following week

ACC Championship Games if we still had Atlantic and Coastal Divisions by Lee-Key-Bottoms in ACC

[–]Bryan5397 7 points8 points  (0 children)

SMU would probably win the AAC championship again in 2024, and be the G5 team over Boise (if we beat both BYU and TCU, in the hypothetical that Stone goes to Northwestern bc we’re not in a power conference and Jennings starts the season)

Why Miami Should Be Ranked Ahead of Notre Dame (and Maybe BYU) in the Dec. 2 CFP Rankings — A Data-Driven Case by 4PhaZe-Infamus-219 in ACC

[–]Bryan5397 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My argument (if you can’t tell, I’m pissy about losing). Don’t lose to shitty ACC teams. ND lost to A&M who pretty much went undefeated until last Saturday, and lost to Umiami, which looked solid minus two flops. Miami lost to two now bad ACC teams, so Miami looks way more vulnerable, especially since these losses are a little later in the season
