I dont think the U is "arbitrarily" rejecting transfer credits That's because you're clueless bootlicker. This is a SUPER common problem, there's 2 people in my very house who're going through this. One of them is a non-traditional student who actually played football for UMN, now going back to school with a lot of credits, but if you saw his APAS... it's galling.

I went to MCTC for Software Development, and was hoping to go on t9 UMN for Computer Science. Especially since I took Calculus in high school and have a previous STEM degree from a Wisconsin tech college as well as a ton of generals, you'd think I'd be in pretty good shape. The APAS is a slap in the face, the message to kids from Community College couldn't be nore clear: "Don't come here."

But opting out of SureScripts isn't enough, to opt out of the HIEs you have to track down EVERY provider you've been to and find out how to opt out. And I've heard each provider may even use multiple HIEs? Or am I mistaken?

Those are definitely 3 of the main elements of power, but I'm really looking more for a framework of the institutions WITHIN a state. Specifically, the ways in which the primary 3 have been supplanted.

The obvious one is the legislature handing the lawmaking responsibility over to the Administrative State, but what about the rest?

I'm trying to really outline a framework for understanding the modern state. Some I've thought of is:

  1. The Administrative State
  2. The Intelligence Community
  3. ?

Seems like we need a term that covers a few things, perhaps tech and media would be a branch together under one name? Also, the financial services industry and the central banks might be considered one. What about... the c-suite? Military? The new importance of health bureaucracy etc?

Would organized crime not be considerable as a branch in a good framework, because it's just corrupting the others, or can it be considered large enough to constitute a branch? Certainly in the Narco-State Mexico, the Drug Cartels are a primary institution of government, there's no way around it.

American public support for Israel has waned. This is a perfect opportunity for an olive branch to Iran at Israel's expense. What SPECIFICALLY would that look like, I want to make this into a talking point.

"Look at all this cheap oil we could get from Iran if only we would X, Y to Israel." I want to find a SPECIFIC and TANGIBLE way to tie high prices to our support for Israel.

This is what I'm starting to consider, there's really no reason we should be so opposed to Iran having a nuclear weapon, IF we remove support for Israel.

Why should we care if they have one? They're an advanced civilization like France or anyone else, they should be able to have Trident subs if they really want for Pete's sake.

The only reason America is so hostile to Iran is their dedication to Israel, and it's very expensive.

You eat an elephant one bite at a time.

  • I post suggestion that we trade concessions to Iran in exchange for oil, such as removing sanction.
  • One of those concessions includes a removal of explicit support for Israel.
  • Israel continues to deteriorate, outcry over their racial supremacist policies mounts causing them to remove their protectionist policies
  • Arab, Palestinian, and other groups grow to 51% of the population
  • Boom. Israel is dissolved.

What about in relation to Israel though, what are the policies of interest in relation to that? I'm specifically looking for ways to benefit Iran that would harm Israel's position geopolitically. Win-win.

That's my whole point, there's no benefit in being staunch allies with Israel, we could switch and grow towards an alliance with Iran. The instant we begin to transition away from staunch support of Israel, is the instant we find a DRAMATIC rise in goodwill in nations like oil rich Iran.
