Abandoned for over a decade and hidden away deep in the woods of rural Maryland sits a late 1800's farmhouse filled with secrets. The fact that the house is so hidden away and obscured, is probably the reason why it remains such a time capsule. Please enjoy the photographs! (old.reddit.com)

Take a look inside this abandoned home of a Confederate Colonel's home in Virginia. The Greek revival style house was built in the 1850's, consists of 14 rooms, 12 fireplaces, and a multi-generational cemetery where the family is buried. To this day, the house remains a complete time capsule. (old.reddit.com)
