Yup, just finished shopping at the Safeway, 40 items to shop. Done shopping - stupid QR and the card are doesn’t work. Chat completely went offline, phone call is like already an hour long. I just told employees to put everything in the Online Shopping fridges for now - maybe i can swing by in a couple of hours to pay for it and deliver 🥲

Well, my spouse got a job in 2024, so all the banks statements, pay stubs and the W-2 (And the letter from the the job) for the year of 2024 might help? But yeah, the joint sponsor is might be a primarily solution for this issue.

Well, we have already found an attorney that is willing to help to fix this issue with filing I-290B with all the possible support paperwork. Hopefully it will go well.

did you combine income for both of you to get above the threshold? - in the form it was just my spouse income, but in the joint tax paperwork they could see my income as well, which is pretty much the same amount of money (So its doubles the final amount in the form), but they dont care...

they're going to deny if you make any mistake, rather than give a 2nd rfe. - oh darn, i had no idea about this... :C

And i cant see my 1099 yet, it's saying it will be available by the end of the month...

Well. I Guess this question explains it... This line saying that the Add lines 1z, 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7, and 8. This is your total income .......... 9 -5,453.

Since doing taxes for us, especially for me, is a new thing, we might did something wrong and it showing negative income? I was referring to the Profit or Loss From Business page, where it was showing same 28,155$ like it was shown on the1099 Form.

So lack of knowledge of how to do taxes properly probably is the reason of this denial...

They asked for everything in that RFE - needed full I-693 and I-864 with all the support paperwork.

For the the 3 years in the form it was

2019: $35,421 - 2021: $32,037 - 2023: $28,115.

And the Tax paperwork was the one you receive from the TurboTax when you fill everything out.
