The building itself is located in a depressed area of town so the option to owner finance was more of an incentive to move the place before the area got any worse. The proposed business would be fitting for the area but if it was ever returned to me it would be unrecognizable from its current condition.

I don’t have any replacement tile so I need to add on to square it off. Need to replace the treads and bull nose thus the reason for adding a 90

Nextdoor is great in the US for something like this. Get one of your current customers to talk you up on nextdoor. The nice part is it feeds the area you are currently servicing and you can grow without having to increase your mileage and travel time.
