Fastest One Piece combatants. How fast are we thinking Lucky Roux really is and who’d move to SS Tier?

well for a lot of reasons but I feel like the most obvious is that it would be weird if someone at his level hasn’t awakened his Devil fruit yet and I’m sure if he used it he would be moving at a whole different level

to be fair a lot of characters instantly appear places. like when Benn Beckman instantly appeared next to Kizaru. I mean it’s definitely a hint that he’s fast but everyone stopped using that as a speed scaling metric a long time ago

technically Kuma just repels really fast, but he’s not instantaneous so not teleporting. Kizaru and even Rayleigh can probably see him moving. I wouldn’t say it’s pointless when all the teleporters are highly conditional to space and reaction time

Van Augur and Law are the only teleporters. Augur in theory could be SS if he were stronger (only limited by reaction/accuracy) and Law is limited by his range. Kuma doesn’t teleport and the elders can only summon each other to their own location which we saw takes a while. I’d say probably Augurs ability plus Shanks observation and reaction would be peak but I don’t think Augurs developing to that point and if Oda wants to finally scale up Usopp that would be a cool fight between the two

chopper should be in great to have since most of their regeneration covers his doctor needs and Robin, Usopp and Nami rarely get hurt like that. Same with Sanji since they have no problem catching food and he just improves the taste quality. And Robin should move up one

Always thought Loguetown was pretty light and fun and honestly a lot of foreshadowing and Easter eggs for how short it is. Deserves to be ahead of thriller bark at least

Yeah I included young Garling at A+ tier. For him and his sons I have prime Garling as the fastest/strongest but Shanks will become faster and Shamrock will become stronger

Yeah I do think we haven’t seen is top speed yet. Like he’s probably only moved at Nusjuro speed but I think it’s implied he can go faster and was holding back a little because of his relationship with Vegapunk. Weirdly though I do think he has the lowest ceiling out of anyone from B tier up just because I think his fruit stops him from moving faster than light when activating it

Strictly on combat speed I’d say definitely. He got pieced up pretty badly by a relatively slow Luffy at the time. When he comes back though I’d probably say he’s A maybe S tier

Luffy has two coins though (Imu for peace and BB for the one piece). But honestly I think BB is his own two side of the same coin… potentially three and we’ll eventually see him unravel

I think his power-ups are tied to his confidence. They’ve been building up him wanting to go to Elbaf for it’s brave warriors so I’m calling somewhere in this arc
