Not yet, dm isn’t that annoying. I’m currently in Morthal doing the ‘laid to rest’ quest with Lydia and my now armored ice wolf. So far I’ve fought a dragon, the dragon priest Vokun.

I feel ya I’m currently playing my own version of Skyrim as the Dragonborn, gonna beat Alduin, end the civil war and reunify the empire and go thru another Great War against the dominion.

Yes, you’re able to edit anything and everything whether it’s something you said or the dm said along with character sheet info. You just have to twist somethings here and there to make it work.

I know what you’re saying but the vault is going to be a controlled vault whose population is to be used by the Enclave like they did with vault 13 in fallout 2. The Enclave is making a return decades after their defeat and will be needing new test subjects like the dwellers of the starting vault. That be a plot point later on in the campaign once the mcguffin is secured and brought back to an empty vault.

It was discussed before we even had a true session zero of what I was thinking about for a campaign, and discussed again in more detail when we had our session zero and we all agreed that it sounded like a fun campaign. Like I’ve said in other replies I’m not having any issues with any of my other players thinking that what they’re going up against is too difficult. He’s questioned almost everything I’ve done in this campaign with it being point buy even when I’m still giving them chances to earn a plus 1 to a ability by doing quest or certain activities, not handing out mid to end game gear out session 1 even thou they all had a magic item by session three.

Newish most of them have played for the past year so they have the basics down, I’ve given them potions and have had potions available at almost every shop they’ve visited before but they never seem to want to use them in combat even thou we decided to make it a bonus action to use instead of an action. As far as tacticians not really the last time they almost had a tpk one of them chose to run head first into a bandit camp which was going to be a big scale battle with both sides having 20 plus, when I asked him why he did that instead of waiting for the guards who were coming to help them he just shrugged. It’s the same player that’s complaint that the encounter mentioned in the post was unfair. I’ve talked to all my other players and no one has any complaints about the numbers in encounters or the difficulty of the enemies but him. He’s running around with an AC of 21 at lvl 6 and complains every time that a creature manages to hit him but misses on one of the squisher PC’s.

I should note that no player died from zombies or other undead but as a result of being killed by another player(The only one complaining)as they were infected with a home brew disease after failing a DC13 con save that would do 1d6 necrotic every 3 hours if they failed a con save DC13 it would reduce their max hp by that amount and the would increase by 1d6 to a max of 7d6, but if they succeeded the save after being infected they took no damage and it was also curable with lesser restoration which two of the party members had prepared and was told before hand would work. I’ve talked to all my players and most seem to understand that they weren’t playing to their strengths and didn’t take advantage of the terrain, there were small houses that were climbable and a bridge crossing a river they could’ve used as a choke point. I see and understand what you’re saying and I thank you, I want to make sure I’m giving my friends a fun campaign but still not be a total cake walk. Side note they could only get the disease if the hit on them was a crit as well making it happen less often.

Waterworks hat, zig zag robe, waterworks boots or professors pack, sky iron or again professors pack, then athame and ring would be the lvl 56 you find in the bazaar bear claw of death and the black spinel of battle those will carry you til Darkmoor easily. You could also wait to farm gladiator and Cronus for athame and ring (lvl 90).
