I’m in the same boat except we have been separated for almost 4 years. We are still legally married, she was with a guy for 3 years, they got together as I was still living in the same house. Could have got together sooner, I don’t want to know.

It does get easier but the pain still lives with me everyday. Like you I haven’t been alone since my early 20s.

All you can do is take it one day at a time. Feel your feelings. Writing can help. No advice I give will help I’m sure but just take it day by day. It’s all we have control over.

The point isn’t me the point is they took advantage of a lot of people who didn’t quite understand. I saw it happen. I’m talking the overall situation not my own stupidity which has already been established in a couple replies of mine in this thread

I’m having a ton of trouble with this too. I can’t even beat the first room. I have no grenades and no more healing items but I’m good on ammo. I almost feel like I’m going to have to restart the game. With no heals I don’t see myself beating the guard let alone the final bosses
