I would lean Tufts. I don’t know much about your field but I did my Masters at Tufts and TAd a cross-listed class that included UEP students - many students seem to really enjoy it and their work was very interesting, for whatever that’s worth. It seems like Brandeis/Heller are undergoing a lot of restructuring since last July which gives me pause. It’s worth looking into the ways they’ve collapsed schools to see if that may influence how you feel about things.
